YOUNG bookworms have been urged to learn five rhymes in a council-run scheme.
Bradford Council’s libraries are asking children aged under five to take up their Rhyme Challenge, which will run between January and April.
It will start at Menston Library on Saturday, January 17, at 10.30am and finish at City Library on Wednesday, April 1, at 10am.
Councillor Susan Hinchcliffe, pictured, said: “This lays important foundation stones for children and their future.”
