TEN people are on the path towards being issued with an ASBO following police work against bad behaviour in City Park.
Officers have issued one person with a “yellow” warning letter, which is the first of four stages towards being subjected to an antisocial behaviour order. Those who ignore the advice will be subjected to further scrutiny.
The second stage is an antisocial behaviour contract that have been given to nine people so far.
Those who fail to comply will face a “red” warning before police seek a legally binding ASBO at court.
