A DOZEN distinctive and rare vases and a car were stolen from an Eccleshill house during a recent burglary.
Thirteen pieces of Moorcroft pottery, 12 vases and a coaster, were taken from a home on Leafield Avenue on Sunday, December 7.
A red Audi A3 S-Line car was also stolen from outside the property.
Police have now asked anyone who may have been offered the rare and expensive items for sale at a discount price. The set of pottery is worth several thousand pounds, with some items worth as much as £750 by themselves.
Detective Inspector Ben McDonald, of Bradford District CID, said: "Some of these pieces of Moorcroft pottery are not only distinctive, they are also quite rare.
"We would be keen to speak to anyone who may have information about these items, or anyone who is offered similar pottery at a reduced price.
"We would also like to hear from anyone who may have seen this car in the Eccleshill area between 9pm on Sunday December 7 and 6.45am the next day."
Anyone with information is asked to contact DC 4598 Walsh at Bradford District CID on 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555111.
