OTLEY’S town mayor praised the volunteers who made this year’s Victorian Fair such a success. The popular fair raises substantial amounts for charity and is organised by a small band of volunteers. Town councillor Nigel Gill (Lab, Manor) said: “Without them this event could not happen.”
