TWO drug dealers were ordered to pay almost £5,000 at a proceeds of crime hearing.
Jagleet Singh, 28, of Glenbrook Drive, Fairweather Green, Bradford, and Janaid Iqbal, 27, of Sunningdale Road, Rhodesway, Bradford, had been convicted of supplying cannabis and possessing the drug with intent.
Singh was also convicted of producing cannabis.
Bradford Crown Court was told yesterday that Singh had benefited from crime by £7,202, but only had available assets of £500.
Iqbal’s benefit was £11,097 and he had £4,218 available.
Judge Peter Benson ordered them to pay the available amounts.
The court heard Iqbal’s available amount was held by police.
Singh was given 56 days to pay, with 14 days imprisonment in default.
