Apperley Bridge: demolition of the existing garage and construction of a two storey side extension and a single storey rear extension, 5 Roundhead Fold.
Baildon: non material amendment to reduce replacement garage to three bay garage amend feature oak fretwork, remove stair case, first floor accommodation, dormer to front and amend boundary wall, Southlands, Stubbing Road, Baildon. Baildon: demolish existing garage and construct new replacement double garage with living space above, 18 Prod Lane. Baildon: change of use from drinking establishment /restaurant with residential accommodation to drinking/restaurant with bed and breakfast above, SSB 7 Westgate.
Bingley: alterations and remediation to existing farmhouse barn to form living room/snug, rationalisation of farmhouse accommodation and associated external works, Knapely-Ing Farm, Otley Road, High Eldwick. Bingley: construction of conservatory to rear, 3 Spire Heights, Gilstead. Bingley: replacement of the existing ATM, 142-144 Main Street. Bingley: construction of stables, site to East of Harrop Farm, Lane Side, Wilsden.
Bingley: formation of two front and rear dormer windows also to include construction of an additional single storey out building to side, Overdale, Haworth Road, Wilsden. Bingley: construction of extension to existing detached garage to form garage and home office, Ling Crag Bents Lane, Wilsden. Bingley: to allow units 1, 2a, 6A and 29 to operate on Sundays between the hours of 10am and 4pm. Permission for change of use of the site from B2 to include a mixed use development of B8, B1 and B2, associated A1 use and associated canteen along with various external alterations, former Whitakers Joinery Works, Halifax Road, Denholme.
