BRADFORD University law graduate Tom Grice is one of four employees to be awarded a training contract at West Yorkshire-based Beaumont Legal, one of the fastest growing law practices in the UK.
Tom is joined by law graduates Hannah Brown, Rebecca Clark and Ben Webster who have begun a two-year programme towards becoming fully-qualified solicitors.
Tom, who has been with the firm since completing his law degree in 2012, started on the separate representation team before applying for a training contract last year.
Nick Masheder, partner and head of conveyancing, said: “We have some fantastic young talent here and as we continue to grow as a firm, awarding four solicitor training contracts each year is a key part of how we will continue to deliver the very best legal services in the future. We believe in investing in talent and rewarding hard work, and have already begun the search for our next intake of trainees.
“With a recent £150,000 investment in our training academy we’ve also opened up opportunities for a variety of graduates who don’t have a background in law. There are more ways than ever for young people to work their way into a legal career.”
