LEE Peltier has confirmed his departure from Championship club Leeds United by mutual consent.
The 27-year-old defender, who had a year left on his contract, tweeted: "All the fans that have supported me over the two years, and all the boys at the club, been a pleasure working with them – top lads, wish them all the best for the season."
Peltier, signed by former Leeds boss Neil Warnock, had a spell on loan with Nottingham Forest after losing his first-team place under Warnock's successor Brian McDermott.
