Blaze tackled
Three fire crews were tackling a blaze tonight which engulfed a derelict building in Shipley.
West Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service received multiple calls to the incident because of the amount of smoke generated by the fire, which involved a single storey building on Briggate. The building was around 20 metres by 10 metres inside, but was full of rubbish which added to the intensity of the fire.
