A 30-year-old man, who admitted indecently exposing himself at a public swimming baths, had his sentencing adjourned yesterday because he had failed to turn up on time for his probation report.
Mohammed Rehman, of Penzance Court, Girlington, Bradford, was due to be sentenced at Bradford Crown Court after admitting outraging public decency in communal showers at Eccleshill Swimming Pool on November 13 last year.
Judge John Potter adjourned the sentencing until July 9 for the pre-sentence report to be prepared.
