There is a chance to get a taste for volunteering at a cake bake-off tomorrow.

Hosted by Bradford Volunteer Centre, the event is aimed at bringing together people who want to give their time to a good cause with organisations that need their support. Visitors will be able to meet representatives from charities and community groups.

The event, celebrating the 30th anniversary of Volunteers’ Week, is at 19 Sunbridge Road between 10am and 4pm.

There will be a prize for the charity that brings the best home-made cake.
