Keighley: porch to front, garage conversion to living room and conservatory to the rear with canopy, 106A Goose Cote Lane.
Manningham: wedding hall and function facility, 210-218 City Road. Riddlesden: construction of 14 houses (amendments to house types previously approved by 11/04306/MAF), access road and parking areas, Warehouse Bridge, Bar Lane. Riddlesden: construction of two/single-storey extension to side and rear, 32 Grange Road. Riddlesden: construction of two/single-storey rear and single-storey side extension, 19 Westfield Crescent.
Saltaire: repair existing windows, replace front and rear doors, clean and repoint external walls, 5 Amelia Street. Shipley: change of use and alterations to dairy premises to mechanics repair and paint workshop, Unit 2 Jubilee Way. Shipley: change of use from furniture shop to hot food takeaway (A5) including alterations and new shop front, 20 Commercial Street. Shipley: change of use from retail (A1) to micropub (A4), 4 Queens Road. Shipley: conversion of existing garage with additional first-floor extension to form two-storey dwelling, garage, Elm Grove. Shipley: installation of one fascia sign and one projecting sign (non-illuminated), 4 Queens Road. Shipley: part two-storey and part single-storey side extension and rear dormer window, 13 Parkwood Road.
Steeton with Eastburn: conversion and extension of existing garage to form three-bedroom bungalow, Eastburn House Garage, Green Lane. Steeton with Eastburn: non-material amendment to permission 11/03602/MAF dated 22/11/2011: construction of 220 dwellings with associated highway works and landscaping, land at Thornhill Road. Tong: porch to the front, 26 Shetcliffe Road.
Wibsey: construction of a single-storey building to create a new hot food takeaway, 234 Beacon Road. Wibsey: two-storey side and rear extension, 26 Briggs Avenue. Wilsden: dormer extension above garage to front elevation, 21 Ling Park Avenue. Windhill: single-storey rear extension, 11 Bescot Way. Wyke: directional advertising sign, land at grid ref 415901 428952 Park House Road. Wyke: dormer to side elevation, 7 Silver Birch Grove.
