Man given suspended sentence for breaching injunction
A man has been given a two month suspended prison sentence by a judge at Bradford County Court for breaching a civil housing injunction.
Peter Hindle, 46, formerly of Laburnum Road, Shipley, had been on remand for eight days following his arrest. The sentence is suspended until April 28, 2015 and the detail of the injunction has been updated to enhance the exclusions in place against Hindle, meaning he is now also prohibited from entering certain areas on Laburnum Road, Shipley.
