Richard Derek Thompson, aged 29, of Crag Road, Shipley; two counts of theft, committing offence during period of conditional discharge, failure to attend drugs assessment, failure to surrender to custody, dealt with for the original offence of theft, application to revoke community orders, granted, jailed for three months. Joseph Robert Whittingham, aged 26, Elderwood Gardens, Ravenscliffe; failure to comply with community order, order to continue with added residence requirement. Paul Woodhead, aged 44, of Skipton Road, Keighley; three counts of failure to comply with community order, application to revoke community order, dealt with for the original offence of theft, community order made with curfew, £85 costs.
Karl Clayton, aged 24, of Airedale Crescent, Undercliffe; possession of cannabis, £70 fine, £20 costs. Safina Akram, aged 23, of Braithwaite Way, Keighley; driving while unfit through drugs, £150 fine, £120 costs, banned from driving for three years; driving without insurance, failure to surrender to custody, no separate penalty. Waqas Hussain, aged 29, of Gladstone Street, Laisterdyke; assault, breach of restraining order, jailed for 21 days. Karen Cooper, aged 32, of Lapage Street, Bradford Moor; four counts of theft, committing offence during period of conditional discharge, jailed for six months, suspended for 12 months, £105 compensation.
Javid Parvez Din, aged 41, of Poplar Terrace, Braithwaite, Keighley; community order revoked, dealt with for the original offences of seven counts of theft, four counts of failure to surrender to custody, failure to attend drugs assessment, jailed for six months. Emma Nelson, aged 32, of Knowles View, Holme Wood; taking a car without consent, community order made, £10 fine, £80 costs; driving without a licence and insurance, banned from driving for six months. Jack Peart, aged 21, of Burnett Place, Chapel Green; failure to comply with community order, dealt with for the original offence of taking a car without consent, driving while disqualified, £75 costs, community order made with curfew.
