People in Shipley are being asked to tell a health watchdog their views on services provided by Bradford District Care Trust.
Their opinions and experiences will help inspectors decide what to look at when they visit the trust’s community and mental health services this month.
The organisation is being inspected under changes being introduced by the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
During the inspection, the CQC will look at the mental health services and community services including children and families’ services.
Inspectors will also be speaking to hospital and community-based health professionals as well as contacting patients, visiting clinics to talk to people and visiting patients in their homes. They will also hold an event at The Cellar Trust in Farfield Road, Shipley, on Thursday, June 12, at 6.30pm.
Register for the free event by calling 03000 616161, e-mailing cqcthenextphase@cqc.org.uk or writing to CQC, Citygate, Gallowgate, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE1 4PA.
If you cannot attend, e-mail your views to cqcthenextphase@cqc.org.uk.
