Scratchcards will now be helping people talk to their pharmacist about problems they are having with their medication.
Calderdale Pharmacies yesterday unveiled the scheme, where patients will be asked to fill out a short survey by scratching off the relevant response.
The five questions include queries about whether people often forget to take their medicines, or if they have any questions about the medication they have been prescribed.
