Voluntary and community organisations in Scholemoor and part of Lidget Green in Bradford are being invited to apply for a round of Big Local grants.
The grants programme, giving between £500 and £1,000, is part of £1 million Lottery scheme to help make the area a better place to live.
A community plan has now been endorsed by the Big Local Trust and is setting up task groups to look at areas prioritised by residents in consultations.
Groups wanting to apply for grants have to be involved in activities involving older people, investing in children and young people, promoting a cleaner, greener environment, contributing to community life, promoting health and well-being or training projects for the community.
