Tourists visiting the district for the Tour De France are sure to find their way thanks to 35 new signs along the route.
Bradford Council has placed the signs ahead of the world’s most watched annual sporting event arriving in the region on July 6 and 7.
Pupils at Addingham Primary School were shown one of the signs in their village by the Lord Mayor of Bradford Coun Khadim Hussain.
He said: “I can’t wait until the district welcomes the Tour de France Grand Depart and these new signs will really put the route in our district on the map for residents and visitors alike.”
Addingham is part of the route for both stage one and two.
