Police patrol
Police have seized a motorised scooter from a 17-year-old youth in Gilstead, Bingley, who now faces court over traffic offences.
Bradford District Roads Policing Team went to The Oval after receiving reports of a teenager riding a scooter in an annoying fashion, speeding and not wearing a helmet.
Officers later found a scooter abandoned at the side of the road which they seized.
