A series of special events is being organised to hear people’s experiences of urgent care services.
Services include GP out-of-hours, emergency departments, ambulance services, pharmacies and NHS 111. Feedback will be used to help shape future services.
The events are being arranged by NHS Bradford City and NHS Bradford Districts Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs) who want to talk to people about access to GP appointments, better use of pharmacy, barriers to accessing care and what works and doesn’t work in terms of self-care.
The events are on Monday, June 2, from 4pm to 6.30pm, at Carlisle Business Centre, Manningham; on Tuesday, June 3, from noon to 2.30pm, at the Thornbury Centre, Leeds Old Road and on Monday, June 9, from noon to 2.30pm, at Shipley's Kirkgate Centre.
