The development and construction of a new build academy for 1050 pupils comprising of a main teaching facility and stand alone sports hall facility with associated car parking and external sports provision, Fenby Avenue Academy, Lower Lane.

Bradford Moor: change of use from dwelling to retail and installation of shopfront, 30 Killinghall Road. Bradford Moor: construction of front and rear dormers, construction of single storey rear extension, 86 Thornbury Avenue. Burley-in-Wharfedale: relocation of grooming room, reception office with shop, The Rhyddings, Bradford Road.
City centre: one internally illuminated sign, 1 New Augustus Street.City centre: construction of single storey rear extension, 33 to 35 Mannville Terrace. City centre: retrospective application for signage, 25-27 Tyrrel Street. City centre: demolition of existing store room and terrace and the construction of a new single-storey conservatory, Presbytery, St Patrick’s Church, 1 Sedgfield Terrace. City centre: installation of one internally illuminated wrap around fascia sign and two double sided internally illuminated projecting signs, Yorkshire Building Society, Howard House, 21 Broadway.
