Katy Cushing has been promoted to trainee sales manager at the West Yorkshire division of housebuilder Barratt Developments, as the market continues to pick up.

Katy, who hs been with the company for six years, has completed sales accreditation and training and recognised as a future manager through the company’s ‘stepping into management’ programme.

She previously worked as a sales adviser and senior sales adviser across both Barratt Homes and David Wilson Homes developments. Her new responsibilities include driving sales across the division, managing a team to ensure excellent customer service and co-ordinating new site launches Sam Wood, the company’s Yorkshire West sales director, said :“At Barratt Developments , we are committed to developing our employees to achieve their full potential.
