A man will appear before Bradford magistrates today accused of attempted murder and firearms offences following the shooting of a mother in front of a child on Friday.
The 24-year-old was one of four people arrested on Saturday in Blackpool.
Police were called to Longfield Drive in East Bowling on Friday afternoon after a woman was shot twice in the stomach through a downstairs window. Her seven-year-old daughter was also inside the house, but escaped injury.
A 25-year-old woman, from Preston, who was arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender and possession of heroin has been bailed.
A 17-year-old girl and 20-year-old man, from the Lancashire area, have been released without charge.
Police said this morning that the 22-year-old woman who was shot remains in a stable condition.
