Police are investigating the accident
A teenage girl was seriously injured following a collision involving a Mercedes van in Bradford, police said.
The incident happened outside Bingley Grammar School, in Keighley Road, just after 3.30pm and the casualty sustained chest injuries.
Although her condition was described as serious, West Yorkshire Police said they did not believe her injuries were life-threatening.
The road was closed while emergency services worked at the scene and it was re-opened around 40 minutes later.
