A motorist who had two drinks with a meal has been banned from driving for a year after being found to be over the drink-drive limit.
Police spotted a Ford Focus being driven by Lee Atkinson strike a kerb while doing a U-turn on Fell Lane, Keighley.
Atkinson, of Prince Street, Haworth, gave a breath test reading of 41 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes.
Atkinson was banned from the roads for 12 months, fined £100, and ordered to pay costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £20.
