New jobs are planned at a Bradford food plant which has been recently let to new tenants on a 15-year lease.
Tiffin Sandwiches, a national supplier of pre-packed sandwiches, salads, paninis and food to go, has leased a 23,000 sq ft unit on the Euroway trading estate near the M606 and plans to invest in the site.
Tiffin Sandwiches is one of the fastest-growing privately-owned UK companies serving a variety of clients and is an approved supplier to the NHS. The company employs more than 150 staff across the UK and plans to invest significantly in the new Bradford site.
Tony Atkins, of Tiffin, said: “The new premises provide the opportunity to continue the strong growth of our business, employing more people and investing both in the local region and our national infrastructure.”
The letting on behalf of Brighouse-based Towngate plc, was handled by the Bradford office of property agents Walker Singleton Jonathan O’Connor, of Walker Singleton, said: “We are delighted with the quality of tenant we have been able to secure for our retained clients, Towngate. It is particularly positive to attain a 15-year lease showing the commitment of the tenant to the city and securing our clients income for the long term.”
