Police at the scene of the incident in Shipley
Police are at the scene of an “unexplained death” in Shipley.
Officers were called to a property in Owlet Road, Windhill, shortly after 11.30am today to concerns for safety.
Detective Chief Inspector Nick Wallen said: “The body of a man in his 50s was found inside the property.
“Inquiries are being conducted in the local area.
“At this stage the death is being treated as unexplained pending the results of a post mortem examination.”
The post mortem is expected to take place tomorrow.
