Lee Anthony Harvey, aged 21, of Holsworthy Road, Holme Wood; criminal damage, 12 months conditional discharge, £70 compensation, £100 costs. James John Richardson, aged 28, of Whinfield Close, Keighley; theft, failure to surrender to custody, jailed for four months. Mohammed Saghir, aged 45, of Birch Street, Girlington; failure to comply with notification requirements of sexual offences act, £50 fine, £105 costs.
Dean Trennery, aged 27, of Whetley Lane, Girlington; theft, 12 months conditional discharge, £40 compensation, £100 costs. Liaquat Ali, aged 70, Duckworth Lane, Daisy Hill; four counts of failure to comply with Improvement notice, no separate penalty; failure to comply with improvement notice, £3,500 fine, £2,862 costs.
Hemen Ahmed Hussain, aged 36, of Chislehurst Place, Chapel Green; seven counts of failure to comply with regulations of tobbaco products, three counts of possession of tobacco which bore a sign identical to a registered trade mark, community order made with 60 hours unpaid work, £1,020 costs. Imtiaz Khan, of Car Wash and Valet Centre, Ivy Mills, Mill Lane, Broomfields; making connections with water mains supply which were likely to cause contamination, £170 costs. Hazel Marsden, of Saffron Drive, Allerton; using a TV without a licence, £400 fine, £160 costs.
