A special Friday Night is Music Night concert marking the 70th anniversary of D-Day will be shown at Cineworld in Bradford next month.
D-Day 70 Years On is a sell-out event at The Royal Albert Hall on Friday, June 6, and will be streamed at the cinema at 7.30pm.
It will feature hosts Jeremy Vine, Dermot O’Leary and Louise Minchin as they retell the key moments of D-Day alongside music from the BBC Concert Orchestra.
There will also be performances from Beverley Knight, a special rendition of In My Dreams by the Military Wives Choir and a choir from London performing arts school ArtsEd.
Patrick Stewart, playing Sir Winston Churchill, will lead a cast of actors as they narrate stories based on extracts from D-Day diaries and letters.
