A successful annual charity dinner staged by a Keighley town centre restaurant raised thousands to help poor and needy people in Pakistan.
The organisers of the event at the Balti House in Albert Street say the latest dinner raised £3,551 for the Ibrahim Trust.
The trust was founded by Balti House manager Mohammed Zamir Hanif in honour of his son, Mohammed Ibrahim, who died aged 11 from a rare illness.
Mr Hanif said: “This year we had guest appearances by Mickey and Minnie Mouse, face painting, mehndi painting and live music.
“The trust has been successfully running for eight years now and has helped thousands of deprived people in Pakistan.
“We would like to thank everyone who came along and supported the dinner, as well as say a big thank you to all the businesses which donated towards the raffle.”
Mr Hanif also paid tribute to staff and sixth form pupils at University Academy Keighley, who attended to help with the catering on the night.
