A police investigation has begun after a car was set on fire in a church car park in Thornbury.
Fire crews were called to Thornbury Church on Rushton Road at 7.30pm last night after reports of a blazing vehicle.
The vehicle, a Mitsubishi four wheel drive, is thought to have been driven into the car park by a group of youths shortly before being set alight.
Fire fighters from Bradford station managed to contain the fire before it spread to the building.
The vehicle was completely destroyed, and police are using CCTV from the area to try and identify those responsible.
