Eight students at the University of Bradford have skydived from 15,000 feet to raise money for the Telegraph & Argus Bradford Crocus Cancer Appeal and Bradford Disability Sport and Leisure.
The team, comprising elected officers from the University of Bradford Union and the Union Athletics Club, made the jump at Hibaldstow airfield in Lincolnshire.
So far, the sponsored skydive has raised more than £3,500 for their chosen charities.
The brave volunteers experienced freefall for a full minute at speeds of up to 120 mph before the parachutes deployed.
Donations can still be made through the skydive team’s Just Giving page at justgiving.com/teams/UBU-Heroes.
