A woman, who worked until she was 70, has celebrated her 100th birthday.
Lilian Cutler, who is from Skipton, worked at Mark Nutter’s Mill in the town for 44 years and then became a home help.
Twice widowed, she regularly cycled to Blackpool and back in a day and went to the Premier Picture House in Skipton twice a week with her younger sister.
She helped to look after her parents in their last years and for 15 years kept an eye on her sister and did her shopping.
Lilian lived on her own until she broke her leg in a fall two years ago and now lives at Neville House, Gargrave.
To mark her century, she was having a family party today.
