A shopping street in Bradford city centre which will lead to the Westfield Broadway shopping centre has been opened up with the demolition of two kiosks.
A demolition firm has been flattening the former Timpson and Greggs units in Broadway. A spokesman for Bradford Council said: “The kiosks were demolished as part of improvements to Broadway.”
The £260 million Westfield shopping centre, which will include high street names such as Next, Marks & Spencer, River Island and Debenhams, is under construction and is due to open in December, 2015.
