Pupils at Lilycroft Primary School are getting their running shoes on to help them celebrate Shrove Tuesday next week.

Pancake races will be the order of the day with the whole community being invited to go along and join in the fun.

The event is being organised by CNet's Development Officer Muppett with staff from the school and nearby Manningham Mills Community Centre.

The activities will start in the school playground from 2pm.
