Creative workshops to suit most tastes and abilities will be included in the 2014 Otley Word Feast.
The sessions, a key part of this year's local celebration of the written and spoken word, will take place at a variety of venues on Saturday, March 29.
A Kickstart Your Writing breakfast discussion at The Bowling Green pub will start proceedings, and runs from 9.15am to 10.15am. Participation is free.
Subsequent workshops will include Find a Place to Start, with Glynis Charlton, at Otley Courthouse and Write a Novel in a Weekend? with James Wheatley, at Otley Core, both running from 10am to noon and priced £8.
Other sessions include:
*The Workshop of Sensory Delights with Suzanne McArdle, at Otley Courthouse
*Writing Children's Fiction with Pat Belford, also at the Courthouse
*How to Earn £10 in Ten Minutes, with Linda Lewis, at Otley Core
*and Committing the Perfect Murder, a crime writing workshop with Alison Taft at The Garden School.

Otley Word Feast, which runs this year from March 28 to March 30, is being supported by Otley Town Council, Leeds City Council, Leeds Inspired, The Co-operative Community Fund, Otley Library, Otley Courthouse and local businesses.
