Air cadets are staging an open evening.
Potential new recruits are being invited to go along, with a parent or guardian, to learn more about the organisation.
The event takes place at the 2431 (Keighley) Squadron ATC meeting place – the Drill Hall, Lawkholme Lane – on Monday, March 17, from 7pm.
A cadet warrant officer will talk about the opportunities he has enjoyed since joining the squadron, and a pilot and instructor will describe the airborne activities on offer.
Visitors will also be given a guided tour of the building and will have the chance to see the cadets in action, with would-be young recruits being offered the opportunity to take part in some activities.
The ATC caters for young people aged 13 to 20 and the Keighley squadron meets on Monday and Wednesday evenings.
