Neighbourhood Policing Team officers issued fixed penalty tickets to five motorists caught unlawfully using the bus lane in Bradford Road, Shipley.

Police warned further enforcement days are planned and urged drivers to note the times the bus lanes are in operation.

It is an offence to enter a bus lane, unless in an exempt vehicle, during the times of operation.

Motorists found guilty could face a fine or a court appearance.
