Burley in Wharfedale: construction of detached dwelling, 26 and 28 Wrexham Road. Burley in Wharfedale: single storey rear extension of the following dimensions: depth of extension from original rear wall 5.0m, maximum extension 3.6m, height to eaves 2.75m, 2 Greystone Close. Burley in Wharfedale: single storey rear extension and detached garage to side, Coldstone Beck, Hag Farm Road. Burley in Wharfedale: non-material amendments to approval 10/05381/FUL (demolition of single two storey house and construction of a pair of semi-detached houses) to: improve the design, 26 Hill Crescent.
City centre: a new custody suite and loading dock in the basement of the magistrates’ court with new loading dock to the side of magistrates’ court including road access on to Channing Way, Bradford Magistrates’ Court, City Courts, The Tyrls, City Park. City centre: installation of aluminium shop windows and internal alterations, 2-4 Rawson Place. City centre: three internally illuminated fascia signs, Unit E2 Aldermanbury. Clayton Heights: subdivision and extension of dwelling to form two, two storey dwellings, 23 Highgate Road. Clayton: construction of replacement dwelling and new detached garage, former site of 66 Bradford Road. Cullingworth: retrospective application for the construction of a block of three wooden stables, a small tack room and feed store, East Manywells Farm, Doll Lane. Cullingworth: variation of condition 2 of planning approval 13/01722/LBC dated 02.05.13: replacement of front door, 7 Hallas Farm Cottages, Hallas Lane.
Eccleshill: change of use to A1: retail with associated shop front alterations, 84 Stone Hall Road.
