Steven Paul Garner, aged 37, of Daleside Walk, West Bowling; assault, unlawfully pulling communication cord on a train, jailed for 16 weeks. Milana Izope, aged 20, of Fieldhead Street, Great Horton; theft, 12 months’ conditional discharge, £15 costs; failure to surrender to custody, detention in courthouse until court rises. Michael Alan Wray, aged 33, of Rathmell Street, Bankfoot; two counts of theft, failure to comply with requirements of a community order, order revoked and dealt with for the original offences of theft and failure to surrender to custody, jailed for 28 days. Rangzaib Akhtar, aged 39, of Bowling Hall Road, Bowling; using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour, £80 fine, £105 costs.
Shaun Andrew Lightfoot, aged 27, of Swain House Crescent, Bolton; driving while disqualified, 12 months’ community order, 120 hours’ unpaid work, £145 costs, banned from driving for two years; driving without insurance, no separate penalty. Sarah Jayne Rourke, aged 36, of Dawson Road, Keighley; theft, £60 fine, £20 costs. Paul James Taylor, aged 38, of Church Street, Keighley; theft, failure to surrender to custody, jailed for 28 days. James David Davies, aged 27, of Hillcrest Avenue, Queensbury; dishonestly making a false representation, £55 fine, £25 compensation, £105 costs. Robert John Jameson Wilson, aged 38, of Elsdon Grove, Little Horton; dishonestly receiving stolen goods, jailed for six weeks.
