Bradford Council will allow a hot food takeaway that has been operating without planning permission for more than a year to stay open.
The Council has approved a retrospective planning application for the change of use of 297 Girlington Road, Bradford, from a shop to a takeaway.
Planning officers acknowledged that the building has been used as a takeaway for at least a year and no-one had objected to the applications. The consent was granted on the condition the business was only open between the hours of 9am and midnight.
