Two police officers responding to an emergency call were taken to hospital after the van they were in was hit by a car, knocking it on its side.
The video van was hit by a Citroen C4 at the junction of Barkerend Road and Killinghall Road shortly after 11pm last night.
The van was responding to an incident in Thornbury.
There were no serious injuries reported, although two police officers were taken to Bradford Royal Infirmary as a precaution and the driver and passenger of the C3 suffered from whiplash. Their vehicle had its front end damaged.
The Western Area Roads Policing Unit is appealing for any witnesses to the collision to call 101.
