Saltaire: replacement of windows, 28 Ada Street. Shipley: two-storey side and rear extension with part single-storey garage extension to side and rear, 1 Fairway. Steeton with Eastburn: reserved matters application for outline approval 13/04849/OUT: agricultural worker’s dwelling, Brighton House Farm, Intake Lane. Steeton with Eastburn: variation of condition 3 of permission 13/02817/MAF dated 12.09.13 (demolition of the existing A & E building and construction of new A & E building with associated road widening and new ambulance bays including new canopies) to substitute the approved drawing 061004 P00 with a new drawing 061004 P01 which will increase the number of parking spaces by 74 on the hospital site by provision of a new temporary car park at the rear of the site, Airedale General Hospital, Skipton Road.
Thornton: two internally illuminated fascias, one non illuminated fascia, one internally illuminated projector and four non illuminated flat aluminium wall mounted signs, Co-operative Local, 510-514 Thornton Road. Thornton: variation of condition 5 of planning permission 12/01507/FUL dated 01.06.2012 to use part of agricultural building as stables, land north of Ingfield, Upper Hoyle Ing, North Cliffe Lane. Tong: installation of shopfront for new Costa Coffee, 425 Tong Street. Tong: two fascia signs with one projecting sign, 425 Tong Street.
Undercliffe: construction of single-storey rear extension of the following dimensions: depth of extension from original rear wall 4.5m, height of extension 3.7m, height to eaves of extension 2.7m, 431 Killinghall Road. Undercliffe: conversion of two dwellings into one dwelling, construction of rear extension, front and rear dormer windows and front porch, 77-79 Harrogate Street. Undercliffe: retrospective two-storey extension to side and rear and single-storey extension, 169 Idle Road. Undercliffe: single-storey rear extension forming sun-room, 17 Killinghall Drive.
Wibsey: construction of new pitched roofs with rear dormer windows and front roof lights, 92-94 Hawes Road. Wibsey: construction of single-storey rear extension of the following dimensions: depth of extension from original rear wall 3.7m, maximum height of extension 4.00m, height to eaves of extension 2.80m, 27 Enfield Parade. Wibsey: two-storey side and rear extension with retail unit at ground floor and additional bedrooms above, and two dormer windows to front elevation, 26 Briggs Avenue. Wilsden: change of use from barn to dwelling, Gazeby Hall Farm Barn, Back Lane. Wyke: non-material amendments to approval 13.04686/FUL (Demolition of existing changing facilities and installation of new modular changing room/pavilion and storage container) to: change of roof shape from pitched to skillion single sloped design, Wyke Recreation Ground, Town Gate.
