Aaron Mitchell, aged 24, of Marmion Avenue, Fairweather Green; using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour, 12 months’ community order, 150 hours’ unpaid work, £60 costs.
Amar Pervez Shaffi, aged 24, of Highfield Crescent, Heaton; assault, criminal damage, 12 months’ community order, 200 hours’ unpaid work, restraining order made, £200 compensation, £60 costs. Stuart Daniel Bennett, aged 36, of Woodhouse Walk, Keighley; two counts of theft, original offence of theft dealt with, 12 months’ community order, 100 hours’ unpaid work, £60 costs; failure to surrender to custody, detention in courthouse until court rises; commission of a further offence while subject to conditional discharge, dealt with for the original offence. Lalita Bentley, aged 36, of Quaver Lane, Allerton; theft, assault of police officer, four weeks’ community order with curfew, £60 costs, £50 compensation.
Callum Hunt, aged 23, of Leeds Road, Eccleshill; assault, £180 fine, £105 costs. Andrew James Reynolds, aged 45, of Steerforth Close, West Bowling; theft, £50 fine, £105 costs, detention in courthouse until court rises. Farzana Yaqub, aged 35, of Welbury Drive, Manningham; driving without due care and attention, £110 fine, £320 costs, licence endorsed. Mark Anthony Leahy, aged 52, of Haslemere Close, Holme Wood; using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour, 12 months’ conditional discharge, restraining order made, £100 costs. Liam O’Reilly, aged 25, of North Dean Avenue, Keighley; breach of restraining order, 12 months’ conditional discharge, £100 costs.
Aidan Greenwood, aged 22, of Harrogate Street, Undercliffe; failure to comply with requirements of a community order, order revoked and dealt with for the original offence of producing cannabis, seven days’ community order with curfew. Lewis James Kenway, aged 19, of Southmere Grove, Great Horton; failure to comply with requirements of a community order, order revoked, £150 fine; original offence of theft dealt with, jailed for 21 days suspended for 12 months. Wayne Anton Stephenson, aged 27, of Longfield Drive, East Bowling; failure to comply with requirements of a community order, order revoked and dealt with for the original offence of assault, £420 fine.
