A man was robbed of a “large quantity of cash” outside a bank in Bradford today.
The victim was assaulted by three men who then ran off with a bag that he was carrying money in.
The incident happened outside HSBC on Manchester Road shortly after 3pm.
Detective Inspector Neil Benstead, of Bradford District CID, said: “Detectives are now investigating the incident in which the male victim was assaulted outside the HSBC bank by three white men who ran off with a bag he was carrying which held a large quantity of cash.
“Inquiries are now ongoing and anyone who saw three men running towards St Luke’s Hospital from the HSBC should contact Bradford District CID on 101.”
Police said the victim was not seriously injured during the robbery.
