An exhibition offering services, support, resources and equipment for visually-impaired people is coming to Bradford this month.
Organised by a group of charitable and commercial groups, VisionZone will be held at the Hilton Hotel on Hall Ings on February 26, between 10am and 2.30pm.
A spokesman for VisionZone said: “Come along to VisionZone, connect with others and discover how to make the most of life with sight loss.
“This is a great opportunity to meet representatives from local and national groups including Morley Street Resource Centre.”
There will be exhibitors offering access to computers and low vision aids, as well as experts showing how to use a computer using magnification software.
There will also be a chance to read and view photographs using video magnifiers and ‘text-to-speech’ readers.
Also, a Braille specialist will give demonstrations of computer, tablet and smartphone technology.
Admission to VisionZone is free. For more information ring freephone 080 8090 8090.
