Police have issued photofits of two men they want to speak to in connection with the theft of a motorhome in Birstall.
The incident took place between 7.10am and 8am on Friday, January 10, when two men broke into a dealership on the junction of Huddersfield Road and Bradford Road, stealing equipment and a Volkswagen California T5 motor caravan.
They then fled the scene towards Birkenshaw in the VW and their own vehicle, believed to be a Ford Transit van.
Both men are described as white, aged 20 to 30, skinny, with strong Irish accents.
PC Nigel Milner said: “We would like to speak to anyone who recognises the two men, or who may have been offered a VW California motor caravan for sale under suspicious circumstances.”
Anyone who recognises the two men, or has any information about the incident, should contact PC 4411 Nigel Milner at Huddersfield Police on 101 or call CrimeStoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555111.
