A primary school has celebrated its recent successes with an awards assembly attended by the Lord Mayor of Bradford.
In just a few years, Atlas Primary School in Manningham has gone from being deemed “inadequate” to “good with outstanding elements” and in a recent league table was among the best performing primary schools in the district.
To reward pupils for their hard work, the school held an awards assembly, with Mayor Khadim Hussain attending to talk to pupils and hand out achievement awards.
