A drug producer and money launderer has been warned must pay back £22,350 of his ill-gotten gains or be sent to prison for a year.
Dean Roe was arrested on July 5, 2012 after police found 17 cannabis plants, ready to use cannabis and £6,000 cash hidden in a cooker at his home in Mostyn Grove, Wibsey, Bradford.
He was arrested on suspicion of cannabis production and money laundering and later sentenced at Bradford Crown Court to 18 months imprisonment, suspended for 24 months and 240 hours unpaid work.
Proceeds of crime hearings were held on Monday where a judge made a confiscation order for £22,350.
