Little Horton: change of use of part of premises from residential to form one retail unit with existing shop and installation of security shutter to existing shop window/ entrance, 15/15A Cranbrook Street. Little Horton: conversion of an existing dwelling to form two one-bedroom houses, 10 Farside Green. Little Horton: one internally-illuminated projecting box sign and one internally-illuminated fascia sign, 15/15A Cranbrook Street. Low Moor: addition modular standalone classroom block (amended plans), Hill Top C E Primary School, Common Road.
